No, our dreams begin to dissipate as soon as we open our eyes and return to consciousness. Many of us are groggy first thing when we awake, but that is the ideal time to communicate with our subconscious mind and coax it into our conscious, waking state. The best way to do this is to keep a notebook and pen by our bed, and when we awake we need to keep our eyes closed and try not to move our bodies at all.
