Im too short for other fitness products. Do you think The AB-DOer is something that I can use being under 5 foot tall?
The AB-DOer is made for tall and short people. All it takes is an adjustment of the Arm Bars, which takes a second, and youre set. For shorter people it is suggested that you lower the Arm Bar so they affix under your arms. Let us know if this advise helps.
