We strongly urge you to bring your new baby to the doctor’s within 48 hours of receiving him/her for a complete examination so you can rest easy knowing your new baby is healthy. If it is determined by a licensed veterinarian that your new puppy has a life-threatening defect that was not found by our own veterinarian, have the doctor put in writing what he diagnosed and contact me as soon as possible.
