In all Residential Districts, the following shall apply to the primary dwelling on the lot: · The setback distance from the front property line is 35’. · The setback distance from the side property line is 15’. · The setback distance from the rear property line is 30’. In all Residential Districts, the following shall apply to all detached accessory structures on the lot: · Accessory structures including garages, sheds, swimming pools, tennis courts and basketball courts shall be located behind the rearmost point of the primary dwelling and at least 10’ away from the dwelling. (including attached decks). · The setback distance from the side property line is 10’. · The setback distance from the rear property line is 10’.
