Please be aware that the existing Commonwealth Bank EFTPOS facility is the legal responsibility of the old owner. It is the old owner’s responsibility to close and terminate the EFTPOS facility with the Commonwealth Bank, not yours. The new owner will be provided with a new EFTPOS Terminal.
