Im sure my email was read but it doesn appear as read in the ProductiveMail viewer. Why?
While ProductiveMail works reliably in almost all situations, this may happen if the recipient read the message while being offline or in a plain text mode, or the recipient is using an email client that does not accept HTML or does not fully display HTML content or images. For example, Microsoft Outlook 2003 allows users to view HTML messages without showing images from external sources. In these cases you should manually mark the email as read in the viewer so you don’t get confused in the future about that specific message.
