Im supposed to be getting notified by e-mail about new messages or faxes, but Im not. Whats wrong?
Most often, e-mail is being sent to a different address than you are expecting. E-mail notifications are sent to the e-mail address you entered on the My Account, Personal Destinations page. Make sure that this is the address at which you’d like to receive notifications. If you still are failing to receive e-mail, contact Customer Care.
