I’m still getting an error or red “X” when viewing the images on the Printable Version of a COLA. What else can I do?
With the latest release of COLAs Online (v2.3, dated 4/22/2006), we have corrected a problem that many users have experienced with viewing Printable Versions of COLAs that have TIFF images associated with it. In most cases, the inability to view the image occurs when viewing TIFFs that have been saved with JPG compression. This is a legacy format and compression standard that causes problems when viewing the associated images.
