I’m so out of shape and uncoordinated – will I be comfortable in class?
You gotta start somewhere in order to get in shape and become more coordinated. It’s practice, practice, and practice! Contact me if you are interested in an introductory class, and we’ll help you ease into Zumba! For the more bold people, just show up to a regular class – plenty of people who are total beginners to Zumba do that and have a blast. If you haven’t done cardio in a long time (or ever), I encourage you to start being active through walking/jogging or sign up for our free workouts (Workouts Of The Day) at your own pace, and build your endurance so you can keep your heart rate up comfortably for at least 20-30minutes.
