Your FJP will be used to clarify probationary targets. Interim Review Meetings should be scheduled with you at appropriate intervals to review progress against those targets and, ultimately, to provide evidence of successful completion of the probationary period. If you are an Academic Probationer, the Procedures for Setting and Reviewing Probationary Targets should be followed in parallel with the PDR procedures.
