The VPN client software you use to establish a secure connection with the HOSC works a little differently on Vista than it did on Windows XP. If you are losing your command connection, we suggest: 1. Right click on the SecuRemote key in your taskbar and select Settings. 2. Select the HOSC site and right-click and select Properties. 3. You should now see three tabs at the top of the screen with focus. Select the tab named Advanced and be sure that Enable NAT-T protocol is NOT checked. 4. Once finished OK all the way out of the SecuRemote screens. If this does not solve the problem, please contact the HOSC Support Desk at 256-544-5066.
