First of all check that no other software is running and locking the drive. Secondly ensure that Auto Insert is turned on. If it is an XP PC download and install the Auto Insert checker. If auto insert is turned on, then toggle it off and then on again. If it is Vista or Windows 7 ensure that UAC is turned off or set to Zero. If the above steps have not worked then I would recommend reinstalling the software. Finally if none of the above steps have worked then it means that Windows has a problem reading the disc. This can be because there is an issue with the drive, but, more often it means that there is an issue with the Windows installation and it is possible a full reinstall is required. Before attempting this step please contact technical support for assistance.
