Im purchasing overseas and having problems with my credit card being denied. Can I pay with a check or money order?
The online store will accept international orders, but you may need to contact your card customer support to pre-authorize an international charge. Make sure your shipping address matches the billing address of your credit card. If you are having difficulties placing an order, please email or call us for additional support. We do accept checks and money orders. We can also hand process credit card orders here in our office without a need to match the billing address, but you would need to call us during business hours (8:30am – 4:30pm ET) or make other arrangements (email info@liveworship.com for other suggestions). Please make sure you have created an account in our online store which will speed up the order process.
