Im presently taking birth control pills. Should I stop it before starting StHerb?
The estrogens in birth control pills have also some structural similarities to the phytoestrogens in StHerb. As such, it can interfere with the total functioning of StHerb and may block the complex biological processes that actually trigger breast enlargement. While both are sources of Estrogen but they do not complement each other- as such, you should avoid taking birth control pills and also switch to another method of birth control.
