Im pregnant and i can figure out how far along i am, help me?
Probably 19 and a half weeks. The way the Drs count the weeks is that you are 4 weeks on the day of your missed period (they assume a 28 day cycle with ovulation at day 14 which is when you’re most fertile). So at conception, you’re actually 2 weeks pregnant the way they date yo). You should have an ultrasound very soon to confirm how far along you are though, as well as see how the baby is developing (vital organs, spine is fused, placenta position, etc) because they usually do this at around 20 weeks. Your estimated due date will be 38 weeks from when you had sex (for a total of 40 weeks of pregnancy-you count the two weeks when you weren’t!
