Im plannings on making some home improvements. Do I need approval?
Most development CC&R’s require that you obtain approval from your architectural review committee before making any changes that involve a different material or color than your home was equipped with when new. Home additions and color changes require approval before work begins. Replacing siding, roof materials or fencing with identical materials will likely not require approval. However, if there is any doubt you should contact your development Representative before work begins.
