The Application Guide for Japan is only sold in Japan. JEES doesn’t accept any applications sent from abroad. If you live abroad and wish to sit the JLPT in Japan, ask your family or friends in Japan to help make an application on your behalf. All correspondence for tests in Japan will be addressed to test candidates or people acting on their behalf in Japan. So please discuss well in advance with whomever is assisting you in making the application in Japan.
