Go to the Partnership for Food Safety Education www.fightbac.org. Go to the Safe Food Handling section on this web page. There you will find tips on how to prepare a holiday meal safely. You can aslo go to the library to access “Safe Food Handling”. If you do not want to go to the Library you can call the UC CoOP main phone number at 707.784-.317 if during normal business hours.
