I’m paid every two weeks. How will my paycheck be affected?
If you are required to participate in the furlough and you are paid every two weeks, your paycheck will be reduced by the furlough days that you take. Since the designated furlough day will fall within a two week pay period, then your paycheck will be reduced as though you had taken a day of leave without pay. If you have specific questions, please contact the payroll representative in your department.
