I’m not sure if I can be a Den Leader at each meeting. Can there be co-Den Leaders or Assistant Leaders?

Absolutely. It can be a wonderful situation. Just coordinate which meetings or parts of meetings you will lead. Perhaps one person is better at crafts, another at games or outdoor activities. Both leaders must be registered and trained.
