Im not receiving the strip anymore. Whats up?
• Check with your internet provider to see if the strip is being filtered out as spam. We try to make our emails filter/spam-friendly, but each internet provider has their own system that’s updated weekly if not daily. • Check your junk email folder. It’s easy to accidentally assign an email to the junk folder, and then all future emails from that sender may end up in the same place. • Try adding kidinc.com to your address list. That’s one way of telling your computer that you like us. • If you’re still not getting the strip, please let us know (link) and we’ll see what we can do.
