I’m not receiving survey invitations. Why is that?
Typically, you will receive about 1-2 survey invitations a month. If you have not been invited to participate in at least one survey in the past 2 months, please login to your account and confirm that the email address we have on file is correct. If your email is correct, please make sure that you completed the panel profile screener. This is the short survey you should have completed when you became a member. This basic background information is needed, so that we can invite you to participate in studies that fit your profile. If your email is correct, you completed the panel profile screener and you’re still not receiving survey invitations, you might want to check your email filter settings and make sure the invitations are not going to your junk mailbox.
