Im not receiving all my emails on the Ogo, even though it appears to be receiving mail successfully (Im not getting any error messages). Whats going on?
First, perform a manual send/receive through the Ogo button menu. This will make sure you have the most up to date list of email messages. If you still don’t see the message on your Ogo, log onto your email account via a PC. Is the message there? If not, check to see if it has been placed in your junk mail filter or any other folders based on filtering rules. The ogo will only synchronize messages that are in your Inbox. If the message is in your Inbox, but isn’t showing up on your ogo, click Help from the Home Screen to reach a customer care representative.
