A. If you are using our classic insert sheet, you can reuse your personalization sheet, at least until you can no longer remove a complete row. At that point, after removing each insert that has printed, you can no longer put the insert sheet through the printer again. If you generally print one or two names, it is best to separate the insert sheet into 2 single columns using the lengthwise perforation. Print using the envelope feeder of your printer by selecting a custom envelope size of 4.25″ by 11″. See your on-line help or Getting Started guide for more details.
