Im not in a building that offers Eservus. Can I use it?
No. Eservus is only available for the exclusive use of tenants in member buildings. If you’d like to use our service, send us the name and phone number of your property manager and we will contact them and try to make arrangements to provide the service to your building. Why wont the Login accept my user name and password? In March, 2010, Eservus implemented a new online transaction system. To use this new system you must create a member account with a NEW user name and password; your old access information will not work. Once you have set up your new member account, you should be able to transact without difficulty. If you experience difficulties setting up your new member account, please email us at request@eservus.com.
