Im not earning AAdvantage miles on my online shopping through the toolbar. Why?
A. There could be a couple of reasons: (i) Check to make sure you are logged into the AAdvantage eShopping toolbar by making sure you see your AAdvantage number displayed on the drop down menu beneath the AAdvantage eShopping logo. If not, click “Login” on the AAdvantage eShopping toolbar. (ii) If you see someone else’s AAdvantage number next to the AAdvantage number displayed on the drop down menu beneath the AAdvantage eShopping logo you will not earn AAdvantage miles. To change it back to your account follow these steps: On the AAdvantage eShopping toolbar beside the AAdvantage eShopping logo you’ll find a drop down menu arrow. Select ‘log out’ next to the AAdvantage number displayed on the drop down menu. This will log the other member out of the AAdvantage eShopping toolbar. Then on the AAdvantage eShopping toolbar you will see a ‘login’ button. Click it and you can re-login to the AAdvantage eShopping toolbar.
