Yes! I have Spence & Co. Smoked Salmon Pinwheels as a snack pretty often – just under 4 carbs for the whole thing. Sometimes I have one of these for breakfast if I’m in a rush. You can find them at health food stores & premium supermarkets. Salmon sashimi with California avocado slices is another dish I have pretty often as well.
