The staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee is available to answer questions and offer assistance. The committee may be contacted at (850) 488-9110 or Suncom 278-9110. Another valuable resource is the Rulemaking Handbook published by the Department of State. The Handbook includes a step-by-step explanation of the rulemaking requirements of Chapter 120, F.S., and is available at http://faw.dos.state.fl.us/pdf/Rmhb.pdf.
