I’m nervous about talking to Commercial Property owners. How do I talk to them?
Talk to them the same way you would address anyone. They put their pants on one leg at a time just like you and I. Follow the script and refer to a higher authority (your investor board). Remember you are just gathering information for your investor team. Don’t’ worry, you’ll do fine. Everyone is nervous for the first few calls. After the 20th call, you’ll be an expert and not be nervous any longer. Take a deep breath and make your calls.
