Im Malaysian. I just wanted to know what are the opportunities for a foreign pilot working in Thailand?
Mr. Colin: Thai Airways stopped recruiting foreign pilots a long time ago. We heard Thailand may open its doors to foreign pilots soon to fill the demand for pilots, especially with low-budget airlines. Bangkok Airways, Nok Air, Orient Thai, PB Air, and Air Asia would be your best chance. However, our advice to you is to apply to all airlines in Thailand. Don’t wait for airlines to advertise for pilots, submit your application to every airline now. Ask them if they ever require pilots, please contact me. You have nothing to lose. Not Confident: I worry about my ability to study your Pilot Course because I never studied physics before. Mr. Colin: Don’t worry! We will study physics too. If you don’t understand, we will do it again and again until you do understand! If we think some of your skills are not good enough, we will practise again and again to improve your weaknesses. At Siampilot, quality and people come first.
