We will be happy to meet with you at your facility to provide you with the same service we provide in the Chicagoland area. You can contact us by: Phone: 773-539-FOOD (3663) Fax: 773-583-1628 or Email: mail@usafoodsafety.com We will contact you to set a time for an inspection and evaluation of your facility. In addition, in order to save time, we will send you, via fax or e-mail, a checklist that will give us a basic outline of your operation before we meet. Of course, because of the time and travel involved, the terms for the initial evaluation and interview require payment in advance, even if you choose not to hire USAFSP. After we set a time for us to meet at your facility, we will prepare a proposal for the cost of the travel to your facility.
