I’m located at a large hospital with physician offices under the jurisdiction of the hospital. How can I have all requests sent to one location?
Contact MedAssurant and tell the representative which physicians and health care providers need requests directed to a central contact. Supply a list of providers with their MedAssurant site ID (if known), practice name (if there is one), providers’ names for that office, address, phone number and primary contact. Email this list to revenuemgtops@bcbsm.com, and we will forward it to MedAssurant.
