A. You must complete a Furniture Storage Application ” (yellow form available in our office) since your furniture will remain in the same apartment during the apartment turnover period. You must also label all items with official Campus Hill furniture tags (also available in the office). If possible, all furniture should be placed in the center of the room away from the walls, and in closets, so as not to interfere with our subcontractors who will be doing work. Campus Hill assess a fee to cover the costs our subcontractors charge us to move the items around the apartment. You will need to pay your handling fee before we will accept your furniture checklist form. Please remember that any items left in an apartment that are not labeled and included on the proper form will be removed and disposed of.
