Im interested in learning Biblical Greek. Can anyone recommend a good, relatively inexpensive Greek New Testament and/or Greek lexicon?

Go to www.e-sword.net download and install the Free program, than go back and down load several different versions of the Bible. Greek is available. Then go back and download several of the Commentaries, dictionaries, maps, world books, etc… Almost all for free. The site does have a few items you would have to pay for if you wanted to download them. However, there are 30 or 40 different bibles in a variety of languages including Greek, Latin, Hebrew, Farsi, etc… The same with the Commentaries and dictionaries – enough to keep you busy for years and it’s free. The program runs on your computer, not on the web.
