You can complete an OTDA Bidder Application Form; once you’ve successfully completed and submitted the form you’ll be notified of all OTDA (including all BRIA) funding opportunities. You can find more information about this, and even download the Bidder Application Form, at the Office’s Bureau of Contract Management (BCM) Contracts and Grants Web page.
