I’m interested in doing the 14-day Rapid Fat Burn but I’ve never tried boot camp and I’m really nervous. What if I’m not very fit?
No worries. Most people are not very fit when they start the Scenic City Boot Camp program. And we understand how scary “boot camp” might sound but I promise you that you are not alone and you’ll LOVE boot camp, once you start. Boot camp is structured in a way where all fitness levels are challenged at THEIR ability and no one is left behind. However if you stick around long enough you WILL become extremely fit. We modify all exercises to accommodate all fitness levels. If you have serious medical conditions, you must have a doctor’s clearance before participating. When is boot camp offered? Boot camp sessions are Mon-Friday at 5:30am, Mon-Thurs at 6:45am, 9am MWF and Sat., 5pm M-F, 6pm M-F, and 7:15pm M-Th. Those who join the boot camp program can attend any class time (except for 5:30am, which is waiting list only) they want and are not locked into a certain class time.
