Im installing Ivory 1.7 on Snow Leopard but its saying “Installation Failed” at the end. What do I do?
The installers on Ivory 1.7 DVDs report “Installation Failed” when the Interlok Extensions package is selected. To get around this, run the DVD installer again, and on the Installation Type page (after agreeing to the license), press the Customize button, and deselect “Interlok Extensions”. Next, in order to complete the installation, be sure to run one of our 1.7x updaters (AU, RTAS, or VST) for Snow Leopard. These can be downloaded here.
