Im inpatient. How long does it take to learn an instrument to a good level?
If you are speaking of a musical instrument, then it takes a little while to learn, but can take years to master. Depending on the instrument, to get to the point where you sound “okay” (where your playing doesn’t make ears bleed and babies cry) can take anywhere from a day to months. The biggest factor in how fast you learn is probably how much you practice. Practicing a couple hours a day every day, with some kind of lessons, would be a big help. Also, learning music theory is just as important as learning the instrument itself. You have to be able to read good music if you ever want to play it.
