Im in old ITSM version 6, why do I get the error, “Please access the new Remedy server (ucsfremprod.ucsf.edu) to create tickets after July 10, 2009?

You may not create new tickets in version 6 (except Asset tickets). All new tickets must be created in version 7 Incident or Change. You may only modify (update and resolve) existing tickets in version 6.
