You certainly can. All audio feeds through whatever playback system you choose to run your audio through. It can be studio speakers, a personal stereo system or even a set of regular headphones if you want to be private or don’t have access to a sound system. If you need to audition voice over talent or to play a commercial to your client, all you have to do is hook up the PJ to your studio board or sound system and dedicate a channel on the PJ to that outgoing (or incoming) audio source. You can also talk over the audio that’s being sent and received to discuss any issues that you may want to change or work out with your client. You do NOT have to have a studio to run the PJ through your personal stereo unit. You can hook up directly through whatever stereo source or playback system you have to send and receive your audio because you have 3 channels on the PJ to work with.
