Im in a hurry to start a project and cant afford delays. Can a Board member provide approval?
If the project negatively impacts drainage, the ramifications can be severe. The members of the Board are not inspectors and do not have expertise in this area. The only way assent can be provided is through your assurance that the project will not adversely impact the drainage system. Once the Request for Assent form is submitted, the Board will provide permission as quickly as possible.
