A. Some of the files are quite large and will take extra time to download, especially with a modem. Also try saving the file to disk (right-click on the link and select “Save target as” or “Save link as”) and opening it from within the Adobe Acrobat Reader application, rather than a browser plug-in. The Reader is available for download for free from Adobe: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
