I’m having trouble uploading a scanned document to my eLibrary… what should I do?

You may only upload certain files to your eLibrary and the file size limit is 2MB. Please double-check that the file you are trying to upload is a doc, txt, pdf, gif, jpg or png and that it’s less than 2MB. If you continue to have difficulties please contact our support team at support@idlogik.com.
