Im having trouble logging in – whats going on?
Double check that you have entered the correct password – remember, its case sensitive, so you have to type username and password exactly each time. How long does it take for a new registration to be approved? New registrations are immediately approved or rejected, and funds immediately charged to your credit card. If you’re transferring an existing domain, the process takes a bit longer. Please note that new domains, whilst registered straight away, can take a while to filter through the DNS. In the case of .au domains, nameserver information is updfated instantly, but for gTLD’s, it can take up to 48 hours for the change to take effect. What this means, is that it may be a day or two before you can actually use your new domain – but rest assured, once registered, the domain is yours – nobody else can register it in this period.
