A. Make sure you are using the correct login. You should have received this information with your CyberSummer welcome letter. Your default userID and password is your first initial followed by the first 7 letters of your last name. For example, if your name was ‘Joe Studentinsky’, your login & password would be ‘jstudent’. Note, do not use your zoo login & password to access WebCT. Use the userID & password you received from Continuing Education.
