Applicants must fill out an application prior to signing the release form and sending in their submission materials. The form may be downloaded as a PDF: TFI Sloan Filmmaker Fund. If applying with more than one project, each submission must have its own signed release form.

There are separate release forms for Narrative and Documentary so please be sure you are signing the correct release. The forms maybe download as PDFs: Narrative Release Form and Documentary Release Form. If applying with more than one project, each submission should have its own signed release form.
