Im having trouble linking my TiVo and Jaman accounts. What should I do?
First, check to make sure you are able to log in to both your TiVo and Jaman accounts. Next, try linking the two again. For help linking your TiVo and Jaman accounts, visit How Jaman on TiVo Works. If you still can’t link the two accounts, go to TiVo’s ‘My account’ page, select ‘DVR Preferences,’ and make sure ‘Enable Video Downloads’ is selected.
