Im having trouble getting into the Cyber Store from the American Chillers web page, whats the problem?
A. Two things could be happening. One: Your internet security settings are set to prevent ‘store’ browsing. What this means, basically, is that based on your individual security settings in your browser, you are prevented from viewing pages in a secure environment. Although the initial pages of the Cyber Store and the subsequent search pages are not in a secure environment, the registration and checkout areas are. Based on your security settings, you may not be able to view these pages. Each brand of internet browser is different, so it is best to see your HELP file for security settings in your browser. Two: There is a broken link to the Cyber Store. Sometimes this happens when our host site is taking on maintenance. Try back in a few minutes and all should be well.
