Im having trouble accessing some TriggerStreet pages, and have been told that clearing my browsers cache may help. How do I do that?
In Internet Explorer: Go to TOOLS – INTERNET OPTIONS – GENERAL – And click DELETE COOKIES Then click DELETE FILES (this can take a while if you’ve never done it). Now click SETTINGS – Under “Check for newer versions of stored pages” select “Automatically.” And it should never be a problem again. In Netscape: Go to EDIT – PREFERENCES – ADVANCED – CACHE and click “Clear Cache.” Under “Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network” select “Every time I view a page.” Closing and opening your browser can also help. Different versions of your browser might be different, but the basic method is the same.
