This depends on your default e-mail client. Microsoft Outlook does not like when parameters are passed in quotes while Outlook Express works just fine with default command. Please try removing the quotes: use: mailto:support@yourdomain.com?Subject=Site/MID code for %APPNAME%&Body=Site code: %SITECODE% MID code: %MIDCODE% instead of: mailto:support@yourdomain.com?
